Nine Girls and a Ghost

Have any of you guys seen Nine Girls and a Ghost? It is a Hong Kong movie that came out in 2002. If you haven't seen it try to get a hold of it. I'm not bashing Stephenie Meyer in any way, but if you watch the movie it holds a resemblance to Twilight. I still think that Stephenie Meyer's book is far better than this movie, but I did find it interesting how closely similar they were. Especially the role of Edward. If there were an Asian remake of Twilight, Edison Chen would definitely take the part. His character in the movie was quite similar to Edward as well. He was able to run at extremely fast speeds and extremely smart. Just wanted to get a second opinion on what you guys thought about the movie. It isn't exactly like the Twilight series, but I thought it was the closest thing out there. I was also curious to know whether Stephenie Meyer has seen this movie. Anyway here's a link to get a general idea about the movie. http://www.lovehkfilm.com/reviews/nine_ ... _ghost.htm I'll admit it wasn't without its stupid moments but watch the movie if you can. I really want to know whether it's just me who sees bit of Twilight in the movie.
